Information for Modern/Food Vendors

Limited spaces are available for modern food vendors. This is not a craft show. Those who attended last year have first right of refusal to attend. All spaces will be confirmed by Jan. 15. No one will be allowed to set up who has not been approved by this date without written confirmation. A late registration fee will be added to all applications received after Dec 31. Reservations are based on a paid reservation fee, then we will begin accepting vendors from our waiting list. If you wish to be included on this list, contact the Modern Vendor Coordinator. Reenacting is not a hobby that comes cheap. The reenactors obsessive eye for detail often carries a hefty price. Cannons start at $25,000. For an average infantryman, the outfitting price is $2,000 to $2,500. Muskets are the biggest expense, costing $300 to $700. Other costs include uniforms, dishes, canteens, powder and tents.
