School Day Registration Form

All registration forms will need to be mailed to the address listed on the top of the form.
Please insure that the forms are mailed by the deadline date.
This does not mean that because you forget to mail in your form we do not want you to attend.
This prior information gives the staff an idea of how many people to prepare for
and allows for us to be better prepared to receive you when you arrive.
If you have never attended one of our Living History Days, we have between 2,000 and 4,000
students on hand to participate.

Please distribute this letter and form to all faculty members.  To register a class, they just need to mail to the above listed address.  Please send one form for each class that will be attending.  Lunch will be the responsibility of each student.  Food will be available on site or they may bring their own lunch.  Please return this form prior to February 10, 2012.

We will contact you via e-mail prior to the School Day with any updated information.  Please view the school section on our web site, (www.battleofaiken.org) which has additional information, a history of the battle, and a map to the battle site.  A weather status and weather update will be posted at 803-642-2500 on Friday, February 24 from 7 A.M. to 10 A.M. for your convenience.  We will post a cancellation, should that occur, at the same number.  Please return this form prior to February 10, 2012.
